Q1. Do you provide a time of arrival on the day of installation and how long will it take to install my new Worcester Bosch boiler?

Yes! - Our engineers will call you as they travel to your home. Usually arriving at 8:30am. Should they be delayed you will receive a telephone update providing a new estimated time of arrival.

It could be from 1 - 5 days depending on the type of boiler installation & upgrade to your current heating system that you would like.



Q2. Are your engineers insured for any plumbing, heating or gas work carried out?

Yes - all plumbing, heating & gas work is insured for £5 million public liability & property damage with Zurich



Q3. What qualifications do your plumbing & heating engineers hold?

Our engineers hold the following qualifications: * Gas Safe Registered * City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating * Water Regulations & BPEC G3 Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage System Installation * Electrical - Part P * Electrical - 18th Edition

Q7. After my new boiler installation when & how will I receive my boiler guarantee?

After your new boiler installation we will register your boiler with Worcester Bosch who will instantly send your boiler details to Gas Safe to register your boiler. At the same time you will also receive an email from Worcester with your boiler guarantee that same day.



Q8. How do I know when I need my Worcester boiler serviced?

Your boiler needs to be serviced annually in order to maintain its guarantee. We'll send you a yearly reminder via text or email to let you know that your boiler service is due.



Q9. My new boiler has broken down under guarantee who do I call to fix it?

Please call us straight away. As we installed your boiler, we will arrange a repair under your guarantee for free.



Q10. Will installing a limescale reducer improve my boilers efficiency?
